Providing a framework for success
In the very early days of Caeli Nova, we sat down as a team and discussed our vision for what we wanted it to be like to work at Caeli Nova in 5 years’ time. We imagined our dream company and talked about how we hoped people would feel, what they would think and what they would do if they were working with us in the future Caeli Nova. This helped us to form the initial core of our company values.
As we grew, we asked new team members to contribute their thoughts on how we could further improve Caeli Nova’s values and ensure we are sticking to them. We aim to keep our values alive in the way we work every day and we are always checking that they remain relevant as our company evolves. We believe that this commitment has been a key reason for our past achievements and will continue to drive us to future successes.
