We are looking for an experienced engineer to lead the system integration of Caeli Nova’s first product, Cordillera, which will improve safety and save millions of dollars for the aerospace industry.

You will also be involved in other future products across a number of industries. This is an exciting London based role, where you will be responsible for ensuring the design meets our product’s customer and regulatory requirements. You will have the opportunity to work alongside the Design, Medical, R&D, Supply Chain and Business Development functions and influence key decisions for this and future products.

Essential

  • Qualified to degree level in a relevant subject demonstrable experience in the aerospace industry
  • Experience in systems engineering, working to aerospace regulations / procedures, capture of requirements, flow down of requirements and product verification
  • Understanding of system level interactions between sub-systems, product systems and installation
  • Excellent problem solver and communicator with experience dealing directly with customers and / or suppliers. Direct interaction with aviation regulation bodies is a bonus
  • Excellent written skills with experience in technical report writing
  • Planning and management of product lifecycle 
  • Experience of mentoring and providing technical leadership and / or peer review to multi-discipline engineers
  • Proactive, well organised and self-motivated
  • Willingness to get stuck into a variety of different technical challenges and comfortable working with ambiguity
